Our Institute of Leadership Accredited Advanced coaching program is designed to provide experienced professionals or individuals with advanced skills, knowledge, and strategies in coaching.
The program Leadership Coaching with Impact goes beyond the fundamentals and basics of coaching.
Professionals who have completed basic coaching training and have practical experience in coaching.
Our Advanced coaching programs are extensive and can span several months to a year, involving intensive study, practical application, supervision and often an application and impact project. We start with a 2.5 training & knowledge sharing days. Followed by 6–12-month modular work to be covered to gain your accreditation from the Institute of Leadership
The Advanced coaching program covers topics such as advanced questioning techniques, navigating complex coaching scenarios, dealing with resistance, and honing specialised coaching skills for various contexts (e.g., executive coaching, team coaching).
Our Institute of Leadership accredited program costs £2880 +VAT and starts with a 2.5-day practical session followed by 6–12-month modular work.
