The primary intent of Coaching Supervision is to provide professional coaches with a reflective and collaborative space where they can explore and deepen their coaching skills, address challenges, and gain insights into their coaching relationships.

Coaching supervision is a professional development process designed to support and enhance the effectiveness of coaches in their practice. The primary intent is to provide experienced coaches with a reflective and collaborative space.

The program runs over 4-6 months; we have a 4-stage approach, with 5 key focus areas. We have 8 sessions in total that position you for success. (open and closing workshops & 6 critical review sessions)

We have 4 clear focus areas: Development & Capability building Supervision; Being Present & Influencing Supervision; Code of Ethics Supervision & Personal Wellbeing Supervision.

These sessions are individual focused. We do have group sessions during the program. Please book an exploratory 30 min call to take your intent to the next step.
